hi Everyone,



I have been listening to a lot of new music for my new cd and most of the songs are pretty good. But one song in particular I really like is called , Go Hard. I think I will record this song first the track is crazy, but I love the lyrics, they talk about when people count you out just Go Hard, I love the positive message about never giving up on yourself , and even though I know that my true fans understand that I was in a bad label situation before with my music, I still feel like I have to prove myself as a recording artist, so Go Hard is exactly what I plan on doing!



I want to record again with Rodney Jerkins, he's amazing! I also like hit songwriter Brian Kennedy ( Ciara, Jamie Foxx, Rihanna) I think he and I would have a good vibe together. I also plan to go in and write a lot on my own, I just want to be independent , I just think that if you want to be around in this business you had better learn how to do things on your own, self motivation is a must!

I am back from Big Bear, had a great time , but happy to be home! I have to go back to school tomorrow, I wish I had at least one more week, lol

Wow!! So many people called my hotline yesterday saying they loved the, " Kiss or Miss", episode of True Jackson VP!! Some of you said it's your favorite one yet! The response was absolutely amazing!! I just want to say "thank you " to all of the fans that are out there showing support by watching and spreading the word to their friends about how good True Jackson VP is, please continue , this is so encouraging, my castmates and I will definitely continue to work hard at producing a quality show that you all will enjoy watching each week!!!

Today I will be calling 5 lucky winners, placing the conversations on youtube!!! If you have not seen last Sunday's SayNow video of me talking to fans via telephone, go to kekepalmer.com, click on NEW videos and you will find it right there.

We will start to edit the camera footage from Big Bear soon, I thought that I might be able to have it up by today, but now I am not so sure, I think it will take some more time, just want it to be good, will put it up as soon as it's ready.

Still here at Big Bear and so far I am happy to report no bear siting!!! LOL, bears are hibernating right now, I would not be here if they were awake! Loreal and I will work on all the camera footage by next week, hey we do not have a title just yet for our Big Bear Movie, if you guys have any ideas let's us know.

Yesterday I asked what were some of your New Year Resolutions, and one person in particular really wrote something that touched me. This young lady had a long list of things about herself that she wanted to work on, she wanted to stop being so judgmental, she wanted to stop acting like she was better than others, basically she wants to be a better person in 09 than she had been in o8.

I love that!

She was not blaming anyone for her issues, she was simply saying " hey I am going to work on myself", I think that is so commendable.

I think it touched me because of what I do, being in the public eye, people think that I am fair game for their judgements about me , but I am just a teenager trying to find my way like all other young people my age . My mother told me , " never allow anyone's perception of you, to be your perception of yourself, good or bad, learn to find happiness within yourself".

And that is my goal to learn to be happy with myself, if someone says , " hey Keke good job ", I will say to myself Thank God and not let it go to my head, and if someone writes , " I did not like Keke", I still say, " thank God for the opportunity", I just try to stay positive, prayerful, & focused no matter what , and sometimes it's a lot of work because I am only human and get angry just like everyone else......................I know that was deep ya'll but sometimes we have to go there.

TV Guides Hot List

Keke made this weeks TV Guide Hot List. For True Jackson, VP. Congrats Keke & The cast. Unfortunatley the episode didn't air this week (yesterday), but the episode will air in 2 weeks for the Kissing Weekend (I think thats what it is called). I was watching Nick yesterday during the re-runs, and I spotted a new Nick promo ad advertising the weekend where kissing happens. And the episode "The Prototype" is when Keke gets kissed by Jimmie played by Robbie Amell. I am excited!!!!
